MEET YOUR CINCINNATI BUSINESS COACH

Jennifer Sheffel strongly believes in connecting the world, to help lead a change in our
community as we all work together to enhance our region’s vibrancy for a more diverse tomorrow.
While at Cremer North America, Jennifer drove profitability and a sustainable management operating
system to drive profitability while encouraging team members to make financially wise decisions. Prior
to Cremer North America, she held multiple leadership positions at General Cable Corporation, a
Fortune 500 global wire and cable manufacturer. Sheffel is a graduate of Leadership Northern Kentucky
and is a committee chair of the leadership program.
Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from Thomas More College with a master’s degree in business
administration. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Northern Kentucky
University.
Sheffel is actively involved with numerous volunteer activities with Northern Kentucky University as she
is the President of the Alumni Association, local schools as an Advisory Board member, Leadership
Northern Kentucky, WE Lead through the Cincinnati Chamber and plays an active role in bridging her
employer in team-building activities while giving back to the community. She was awarded the 2019
Haile/US Bank College of Business Humanitarian of the Year award.
