She is extremely knowledgeable, personable and takes the time to look at your business to see what makes sense moving forward. It is not a one plan fits all situations approach. I have only had four meetings with Summit ActionCOACH and Jennifer Sheffel, and besides my business degree from Xavier University and my 29 years of being in business, I am starting to realize that I was doing several things wrong and that I have several empty gaps. College degrees are good. In my case I learned the theory and discipline, but there are so many things that you can't learn in school or simply forget over time. I was able to experience Jennifer's ribbon cutting as she was celebrated for completing her Action Coach training and the energy in the room was electric!
